CVS Log -r Without this patch, there is no way to show log entries corresponding to changes from tag "foo" to tag "bar" ("cvs log -rfoo:bar" doesn't cut it, because it erroneously shows the changes associated with the change from the revision before foo to foo). This patch adds a "cvs log -rfoo::bar" syntax with the correct behavior.
