non-numeric string as operand of "&&"' with tkCVS 6.0, cvs 1.9 and

Yup, this is a bug.  It works fine in 4.1 but is broken in 4.2.
CVS 1.8 broke something in the import code as well, to do with
the "modules" module no longer existing.  I only just spotted
this recently, it worked fine with CVS 1.7.

I'll fix it in a patch release.  In the mean time you'll have
to use cvs import from the command line.
