Cyclic Software is pleased to announce that a book which it has contributed to, Programming with GNU Software (ISBN: 1-56592-112-7, $39.95 US), is now shipping. The book provides a general introduction to using the popular GNU programming tools and is published by O'Reilly and Associates. Cyclic provided binaries for the RCS and CVS version control systems included on the CD-ROM which comes with the book.

Cyclic has put up a web page for the book, in particular concerning the version of CVS which ships with the book. The page contains errata, help on extracting the documentation from the CD-ROM, and celebratory chocolate. The page can be reached from Cyclic's main web page, http://www.cyclic.com.
