Projects Using Jitterbug
A few projects using Jitterbug are:
- Linux Kernel
- Linux is one of the most popular freely redistributable operating systems. The people who work on the kernel (one of the components of linux) are experimenting with using Jitterbug to track patches to the kernel.
- The GIMP
- The GIMP is an image manipulation program which is cranking out quite a few cool images you may be seeing on the web and elsewhere. They use Jitterbug to track bug reports.
- GNOME
- The GNOME project intends to build a complete, user-friendly desktop based entirely on free software. The desktop will consist of small utilities and larger applications which share a consistent look and feel. They use Jitterbug to track bug reports.
Being added to this page
We expect future additions to be primarily via reciprocal links. To participate, first write up a web page concerning your use of Jitterbug. It should contain at least one link to a Cyclic web page, and should have some link from your main home pages (for example from the "about us" page, or whatever makes sense for you). Good things to mention are (1) how many people use Jitterbug on how many platforms, (2) the approximate total number of problem reports stored in Jitterbug, and/or the number of problem reports which arrive per day, and (3) anything you have to say about why Jitterbug is good choice for you. Then tell us the location of your Jitterbug page.
Although we generally expect to link to pages which follow the above criteria, we reserve the right to decide what to link to.
