The CWCVS product interfaces the Metrowerks CodeWarrior development environment to CVS. As far as we know, this is just CodeWarrior on the Macintosh (Metrowerks, the CodeWarrior vendor, is planning their own CVS plug-in for Windows, Solaris, and Macintosh.)

Mailing lists and newsgroups

The newsgroup for CWCVS (and other version control systems) is comp.software.config-mgmt. We're not aware of any CWCVS-related mailing lists.

Downloading CWCVS

I suppose we need to make an explicit disclaimer that CWCVS is a product of Electric Fish, not of Cyclic, and that it is not freely redistributable software. Here at Cyclic we are just basing our information on what Electric Fish says; we haven't actually tried running CWCVS.
