- tkCVS
- Written in tcl/tk; implemented on top of the CVS command line.
- jCVS
- Written in Java; implemented on top of the CVS remote protocol.
- gCVS
- Written in C++; implemented by incorporating a modified version of the CVS client. For Mac, Windows, and at least some support for Unix.
- MacCVS Pro
- Written in C++; implemented on top of the CVS remote protocol. For Mac.
- MacCVS/WinCVS
- Written in C++; implemented by incorporating a modified version of the CVS client. For Mac and Windows.
- MacCVSClient
- Written in C++; implemented on top of the CVS remote protocol. For Mac.
- Pharmacy
- Written in C, on top of GNOME/gtk/&c libraries. That means unix works, but people have also been working on porting those libraries to Windows.
