tkCVS
Written in tcl/tk; implemented on top of the CVS command line.
jCVS
Written in Java; implemented on top of the CVS remote protocol.
gCVS
Written in C++; implemented by incorporating a modified version of the CVS client. For Mac, Windows, and at least some support for Unix.
MacCVS Pro
Written in C++; implemented on top of the CVS remote protocol. For Mac.
MacCVS/WinCVS
Written in C++; implemented by incorporating a modified version of the CVS client. For Mac and Windows.
MacCVSClient
Written in C++; implemented on top of the CVS remote protocol. For Mac.
Pharmacy
Written in C, on top of GNOME/gtk/&c libraries. That means unix works, but people have also been working on porting those libraries to Windows.
